"How To"

KEEPING YOUR PRODUCT SAFE

All Oxford Pies products need to be kept chilled at 4 degrees Celsius or frozen.  This allows you to keep your product until the recommended date specified on the packaging.

REMEMBER TO NEVER RE-FREEZE A PASTRY PRODUCT ONCE IT HAS BEEN THAWED.  BE FOOD WISE.

USE BY DATES

All Oxford Pies Products have a use by date on them.  Pies have a date for Fresh Storage and a date for Frozen storage.  Some products vary with the date allowed due to the contents of the pie.

LAMINGTONS

Lamingtons are frozen as soon as they are made.  This keeps in the freshness.  Once a Lamington has thawed (takes about 30 minutes) you can actually refreeze them with no consequences.  We recommend that you only do this once if necessary.  Once Lamingtons are thawed you do not need to keep them refrigerated but we recommend you consume them within 4 days after thawing
